Policies Regarding the Protection of Customer Information

Article 1: Compliance with Applicable Laws

Fincross DIGITAL Co., Ltd. (“the Company” hereunder) will comply with applicable laws and standards pertaining to the proper use of personal information and other information derived from personal information to make them anonymous (“anonymously processed information” hereunder, and “personal information” in conjunction with personal information).

Article 2: Purpose of Use

The Company will acquire personal information properly, and unless authorized by law, will either notify or publicize the purpose of use for personal information, and will not use said personal information beyond that scope of use.

Article 3: Training for Executives and Employees

All executives and employees of the Company understand the importance of protecting personal information and adequately handling anonymously processed information (“protection of personal information” hereunder) and will be trained to handle personal information properly.

Article 4: Security Control Actions and the Prevention of Information Leakage

The Company will enact adequate security control actions and strive to prevent unauthorized access to, as well as the loss, falsification, and leakage of personal information.

Article 5: Providing Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company will not provide personal information to any third party (both inside and outside the Company) without prior consent, unless authorized by law. However, the Company may request such written consent for providing personal information to third parties for specified purposes when the Company receives said personal information.

Article 6: Management of Outside Service Providers

When the Company outsources any operations that involve personal information to outside parties, it will supervise them and ensure that safety management is adequately conducted for said personal information.

Article 7: Customer Requests Concerning Personal Information (Disclosure/Correction/Suspension)

The Company will strive to react to any requests for the disclosure, correction, and suspension of use of personal information, and welcome any comments or questions concerning the handling of personal information.

Article 8: Continuous Improvements in the Protection of Personal Information

The Company will continue to evaluate and improve its management structures and initiatives for the protection of personal information.
